    Requirements

    • Experience as a short-form performance creative leader whose work sells product
    • Owned Meta/TikTok creative at scale with measurable outcomes such as hit rate, scaling winners, efficiency improvement, organic social following, virality, shares/engagement
    • Ability to lead creative strategy and production together: angle, script, edit, iterate, scale
    • Culturally fluent and format-native with rigor and speed
    • Experience building and running a team with clear standards and high accountability
    • Meta/TikTok performance creative experience
    • Ability to translate direction into shipped creative
    • Short-form portfolio
    • Ability to run iteration cycles tightly with media partners
    • Experience building a team
    • Experience making ads

    What You'll Do

    • Build and lead the Content Studio / Social Creative Studio focused on short-form content that sells product and builds brand
    • Own the performance content engine: ideation, scripting, production planning, editing, iteration to produce ads with clear value proposition, proof, and offer
    • Own creative strategy for ads: define testing roadmaps and turn performance data into next-batch decisions quickly
    • Build multi-format capability including paid short-form for Meta/TikTok/Axon, AI-generated product video, conversational commerce, internal content, founder capture systems, and creator partnerships
    • Create operating cadence with Paid Media and Social Commerce teams including weekly creative performance reviews and tightening the loop between spend signals and creative iteration
    • Lead, hire, and coach a team of creative strategists and editors, creating standards, feedback loops, and leadership depth
    • Leverage new technology including AI to increase output and effectiveness
    • Manage partnerships with production studios and determine scope of work
    • Design the runway to organic social expansion without derailing paid efforts
