Requirements
- •2–4 years of experience in account management, creator management, or digital operations, ideally at an agency
- •Hands-on experience supporting live streaming or digital content programs
- •Fluent English with clear writing and confident client-facing communication
- •Experience managing multiple accounts or clients simultaneously with strong organizational skills
- •Proactive follow-up and attention to detail
- •Ability to read performance data and translate it into actionable next steps
What You'll Do
- •Manage a portfolio of up to 25 live content creators as their main operational point of contact
- •Lead bi-weekly 30-minute performance and planning calls for each creator
- •Maintain scheduling discipline and ensure deadlines are met
- •Track deliverables, flag risks early, and drive resolution
- •Prepare run-of-show for weekly live streams and align creators in advance
- •Monitor live streams in real time including chat support, quality checks, and sponsored product integration
- •Deliver post-stream recaps with performance feedback and optimization notes
- •Ensure consistent adherence to production standards
- •Track streaming commitments and contract compliance
- •Monitor engagement metrics and identify underperformance trends
- •Escalate risks and maintain accurate CRM and reporting documentation
- •Manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously without losing quality or detail
- •Maintain structured dashboards and consistent reporting cadence
- •Operate within and help improve a standardized production framework
Nice to Have
- •Direct experience managing content creators
- •Experience working with live commerce platforms such as TikTok Live, Amazon Live, Instagram Live, or similar
