Requirements
- •1–3 years of experience in creator marketing, UGC, influencer partnerships, or social commerce
- •Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, including creators, affiliates, or campaign execution
- •Strong understanding of creator workflows, content timelines, and performance expectations
- •Highly organized and comfortable managing trackers, CRMs, and operational details
- •Clear communicator with a creator-first mindset and strong attention to detail

What You'll Do
- •Support day-to-day execution of TikTok Shop creator and affiliate campaigns, including sourcing top creators, sending target invites, and content tracking
- •Assist with UGC creator sourcing and management for paid social, marketplaces, and performance campaigns
- •Track creator deliverables, posting timelines, and performance across TikTok Shop and UGC campaigns
- •Maintain accurate creator records in Darkroom’s CRM, including outreach status, campaign participation, and performance notes
- •Coordinate product seeding, affiliate link setup, and basic creator communications
- •Monitor live campaigns and flag performance wins, risks, or gaps to Creator Leads
- •Support creator community initiatives, perks, and events as needed
- •Collaborate with Accounts, Strategy, and Creative to ensure creator execution aligns with campaign goals
