Requirements
- •3+ years of creative strategy work on performance ad programs with focus on short form video and statics
- •Digital portfolio showcasing performance ad work including short-form video, motion, and statics with impact on metrics
- •Ability to storyboard, cut, and ship ads; proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- •Knowledge of metrics like thumb-stop rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA and ability to use them for testing
- •Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Perplexity, Icon, Runway to increase speed and volume
- •Excellent communication skills in writing and client presentations
- •Ability to turn vague goals into testable concepts and track results
- •Deep knowledge of Figma including Auto Layout, Components, and handoff; strong in Adobe Creative Suite
What You'll Do
- •Lead high-tempo creative strategy and direction for full-funnel ad programs on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, and Display Platforms
- •Deliver expert advice, concepts, directions, and briefs for short-form video ads
- •Translate client marketing strategy and performance data into compelling ad concepts
- •Brief Designers and Editors on creation of assets including static ads, animations, mobile-first videos, and storyboards
- •Present creative work to stakeholders and clients with clarity and strategic rationale
- •Monitor performance data to inform creative iterations and improve results
- •Manage Designers and Editors to execute paid media assets across various formats
