    Requirements

    • Mastery of the e-commerce marketing funnel from offer to ad to landing page to conversion.
    • 7+ years minimum of paid media advertising experience within Paid Social, specifically Meta, building high converting funnels and driving quantifiable results.
    • 5+ years minimum managing paid social advertising for growing clients in the consumer space with over $400k+ minimum monthly aggregate spend.
    • Expertise in developing, testing, and optimizing advertisement copy and short form video creative.
    • Expertise in creative consultation for successful Paid Social Ads that convert.
    • Background in data-derived decision-making and forecasting budgets/spend projections linked to perceived results.
    • Experience with core e-commerce revenue drivers and reporting on key metrics (CPA, CAC, iROAS, aMER, TSR, CTR, Hold Rate).

    What You'll Do

    • Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive paid media strategies primarily focused on Paid Social to increase brand visibility and recognition and drive new user acquisition and leads via paid media campaigns.
    • Conduct thorough brand and website audits to understand clients’ key value propositions, core products, and brand aesthetics and identify opportunities to market them successfully.
    • Focus on short form creative and direct response creative to convert customers and guide clients on advertising spend behind winning creatives.
    • Conduct competitive research to ensure success in the ad space and new acquisition audience targeting.
    • Manage 5-10 Paid Media accounts on behalf of clients, with aggregate monthly spends ranging between $80,000 - $3M.
    • Utilize Platform Ad Managers, third-party reporting tools, and AI to develop insights and action items to increase clients’ revenues month-over-month and solve for attribution.
    • Master important KPIs like CPA, CAC, iROAS, nCAC, MER, aMER, CTR, TSR, and Hold Rate.
    • Understand industry-wide benchmarks throughout all steps in the e-commerce marketing funnel.
    • Implement real-time, proactive, and reactionary ad-buying decisions across multiple platforms in response to trends on ads platforms.
    • Develop quarterly strategies for clientele based on success metrics, ad spends, YoY performance metrics, and projections.
    • Deep dive into competitor research, industry knowledge, and brand identity to manage client expectations and brainstorm new marketing initiatives, creative assets, and copy.
    • Understand full-funnel marketing strategies to ensure healthy new customer acquisition within the broader e-commerce equation.
    • Deliver projections and forecasts that inform client quarterly strategy.
    • Learn and understand e-commerce P&Ls and engage with financial metrics.
