    Requirements

    • Professional or high-level competency in Notion
    • Ability to quickly adapt to new technology and/or software
    • Strong organizational skills with ability to track, process, and report data efficiently
    • Project and calendar management experience; familiarity with Gmail and Slack

    What You'll Do

    • Coordinate client onboarding and offboarding functions including organizing calls and maintaining client databases
    • Work with Service Directors to ensure proper staffing on client accounts and manage staffing ledger updates
    • Prepare and compile client decks for key meetings
    • Lead internal client kick-off meetings including setting agendas and documentation
    • Maintain and innovate Notion system including database management and troubleshooting
    • Maintain data hygiene across internal platforms such as Notion, Google Suite, and Slack
    • Assist in developing and implementing operational projects including SOPs and training materials
    • Provide operational reporting on client onboarding/offboarding and client health status
    • Assist with calendar coordination and scheduling
