    Requirements

    • 2+ years in a Director-level or equivalent leadership role with experience leading content strategy, managing teams, and driving organic growth results
    • 4+ years of organic social work focused on short-form video and native content for Instagram and TikTok
    • Digital portfolio showcasing organic content work including short-form video, creator content, and carousels with performance metrics
    • Ability to storyboard, shoot, cut, and ship content; proficiency in CapCut, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator
    • Knowledge of platform metrics such as hook retention, watch time, completion rate, engagement rate, saves, shares, follower growth
    • Understanding of platform distribution and content reach
    • Experience using AI tools like Claude, Midjourney, Perplexity, Runway to increase speed and volume
    • Excellent communication skills for client presentations and feedback
    • Ability to turn vague goals into testable content concepts and track results
    • Comfortable with Figma including Auto Layout, components, and systems; strong in Adobe Creative Suite and short-form editing tools

    What You'll Do

    • Lead high-tempo content strategy and direction for full-funnel organic programs, typically Instagram and TikTok
    • Own content pillars, editorial calendars, creative direction, and the briefing process end-to-end
    • Deliver expert advice, concepts, directions, and briefs to grow audiences and sell products through native short-form video
    • Own each brand's social voice and presence, including community management, trend response, and rapid-turnaround content
    • Translate client's brand strategy and platform data into clear, compelling content concepts using metrics like hook retention, watch time, completion rate, engagement rate, saves, shares, follower growth, and comment sentiment
    • Brief Designers and Editors on creation of assets including short-form video, carousels, Stories, motion, and storyboards
    • Present content work and channel strategy to stakeholders and clients
    • Monitor platform data and social listening to inform content iterations and improve results
    • Identify organic winners worth promoting into paid
    • Establish processes, systems, and content frameworks to raise quality and speed and scale Organic Social service
