    Requirements

    • •3–5+ years of hands-on lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing execution
    • •Deep expertise in at least one enterprise-grade ESP such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, or Customer.io
    • •Experience building complex, event-triggered journeys with multi-branch logic, wait steps, conditional splits, holdouts, and cross-channel orchestration
    • •Fluency in advanced segmentation including behavioral and product-event based, computed attributes, dynamic and personalized content
    • •Experience building funnels including lead capture forms, opt-in logic, welcome series, first-conversion sequences, and subscription activation journeys
    • •Experience implementing loyalty, rewards, and win-back programs focused on driving repeat purchase and long-term value
    • •Knowledge of deliverability best practices including domain warming, authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI), sending reputation, list hygiene, and sunset policies
    • •Ability to own channel KPIs such as open, click, click-to-open, conversion, deliverability, bounce, spam complaints, and unsubscribe and diagnose drops
    • •Comfortable with HTML and CSS for email and building templates and modules that render correctly across clients
    • •Familiarity with templating languages like Liquid, Handlebars, or AMPscript is a strong plus
    • •Understanding of data flows into ESPs including API-based events, webhooks, ETL or CDP integrations, and product event streams
    • •Ability to hold technical conversations with engineering teams
    • •Systematic troubleshooting skills and documentation practices
    • •Experience designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests with significance analysis
    • •Excellent written communication and ability to explain technical problems to non-technical audiences

    What You'll Do

    • •Build and QA the flows, automations, and campaigns that run the client's CRM program from lead capture and welcome through activation, loyalty, repeat purchase, and win-back
    • •Implement segmentation and audience logic behind the calendar and build dynamic content for personalization at scale
    • •Own the technical setup and health of the client's ESP instance including integrations, data feeds, event tracking, templates, and modules
    • •Monitor and own channel performance and deliverability, escalating and fixing issues proactively
    • •Troubleshoot misfires in flows, segments, or templates and document fixes
    • •QA every build end to end before launch including logic, rendering, links, personalization, and suppression
    • •Design and run testing roadmap with Associate Director and report results
    • •Partner with Copy & Content Specialist to ensure accurate and timely copy and creative integration
    • •Build and maintain reporting for client KPI reviews
