Requirements
- •5+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment (Startup, BusOps, Consulting, or PE preferred)
- •Advanced experience with Google Suite, Jira, and Looker
- •Comfort working with and reconciling financial data sources
- •Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- •Strong foundation in data manipulation and analytical rigor
- •Track record of rapid promotion or high-stakes achievement in a top-tier environment
- •Naturally curious, impact-oriented, and focused on building scalable processes
What You'll Do
- •Execute on Deel’s global expansion strategy across operations, products, and new markets
- •Build and scale global brokerage network by identifying and vetting partners
- •Partner with global brokers to optimize carrier relationships ensuring reliability and cost-effectiveness
- •Enable benefit managers to manage providers, roll out new benefits, and drive worker communications
- •Work with Sales and CSM teams to build materials and processes for quoting benefits
- •Collaborate with Benefits Services team to improve customer support journey
- •Analyze large data sets to improve benefit margins and worker retention
- •Work with product and development teams to automate operational features within the platform
