Requirements
- •5+ years in a Data Analytics or Growth Marketing role, ideally within a high-spend B2B environment
- •Proficiency in SQL, Looker, Snowflake or comparable stack
- •Deep understanding of experimentation methodology, sample size calculation, p-values and confidence intervals
- •Familiarity with the B2B sales funnel
- •A growth mindset - curious and eager to learn
What You'll Do
- •Design and lead a high-velocity A/B and multivariate testing roadmap across channels, campaign types, ad creatives and audience segments
- •Provide data-backed briefs to Paid Marketing team to pivot spend based on test winners
- •Mine data for untapped growth levers and propose business cases for expansion
- •Experiment with ad platform alpha/beta features to stay ahead of industry benchmarks
- •Refine multi-touch attribution and Media Mix Modeling models to measure incremental impact
- •Partner with Analytics Engineering to build scalable data models tracking experiment lift and incrementalities
