Requirements
- •8+ years in Product Design
- •3+ years operating at a very senior IC level (Lead / Staff)
- •At least 2+ years managing designers
- •Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies
- •Experience designing AI-assisted or AI-powered product experiences or using AI tools as part of design workflow
- •Experience in fast-moving product companies (scale-ups, strong tech orgs, fintech, neo-banks)
- •Strong craft across interaction and visual design
- •Comfortable across B2B and consumer experiences
- •Solid mobile experience
What You'll Do
- •Partnering with PDE Directors to shape Client and Worker experiences
- •Working directly with designers on active B2B and B2C projects
- •Tightening UX and solving complexity
- •Managing and developing a small design team through hands-on collaboration

- •Portfolio including examples of AI-powered features, AI-assisted workflows, or experiments with AI tools
