Requirements
- •2-4 years’ experience with a strong background in cross border employment law matters
- •Specialist knowledge of employment law
- •Proactive, autonomous, resilient, adaptable, eager to continually learn and develop professionally
- •Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- •Good written and verbal communication skills
- •Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- •Fluent in English
What You'll Do
- •Supports the drafting and review of employment, commercial, and corporate agreements with minimum guidance
- •Assists in providing accurate, relevant, and timely legal advice on employment law, contract negotiations, and corporate matters
- •Identifies and suggests improvements to contract management processes to enhance efficiency
- •Works on assigned projects with clear deadlines, ensuring timely and high-quality completion whilst meeting all SLA’s
- •Begins to operate with increased autonomy while escalating more complex issues as necessary
- •Performs any additional tasks or assignments as required by management from time to time
- •Identifies legal risks and develops potential solutions under supervision
- •Analyzes contract terms and provides recommendations for risk mitigation
- •Thinks critically about legal challenges and collaborates with senior team members to address them
- •Aligns legal work with business objectives, ensuring compliance while enabling business growth
- •Contributes to discussions on process improvements and legal strategy within the team
- •Assesses market trends in employment law and contract negotiations to provide informed insights during client conversations
- •Clearly communicates progress, challenges, and solutions to managers and stakeholders
- •Provides well-structured explanations of legal matters to non-legal team members
- •Engages in two-way communication with teams to foster collaboration and problem-solving
