Requirements

What You'll Do
- •Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies for high-value strategic accounts
- •Proactively identify risks and manage internal stakeholders to address customer issues
- •Build relationships with senior stakeholders and develop success plans
- •Host regular business reviews to review the partnership
- •Collect product and operational feedback and prioritize requirements
- •Provide a high-quality experience to customers daily
- •Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests
- •Drive adoption of platform features to improve customer experience and retention
