    Requirements

    • Minimum of 6+ years of relevant work experience including client-facing experience
    • Experience in fast-growth startup, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
    • Strong relationship building skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
    • Quantitatively inclined and data savvy with ability to draw insights from complex data
    • Reliable, motivated self-starter with a growth mentality
    • Proven track record of achievement in top-tier companies or competitive environments
    • Strong analytical foundation with ability to manipulate and synthesize data
    • Curious by nature and interested in making an impact

    What You'll Do

    • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies for high-value strategic accounts
    • Proactively identify risks and manage internal stakeholders to address customer issues
    • Build relationships with senior stakeholders and develop success plans
    • Host regular business reviews to review the partnership
    • Collect product and operational feedback and prioritize requirements
    • Provide a high-quality experience to customers daily
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests
    • Drive adoption of platform features to improve customer experience and retention
