Requirements
- •7+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or related fields with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role
- •Proven experience optimizing sales processes and improving sales performance through systems, tools, and data analysis
- •Strong knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce and sales analytics platforms
- •Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and designing sales compensation plans
- •Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data and insights to senior leadership
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations
- •Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- •Strong team player with a collaborative approach to cross-functional partnerships
- •Ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- •Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications such as Salesforce certification are a plus
What You'll Do
- •Lead and manage key sales operations processes including territory design, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and compensation planning
- •Implement and optimize sales systems and tools such as CRM and analytics platforms to ensure data accuracy and improve sales productivity
- •Provide actionable insights to sales leadership through regular reporting and analysis of sales performance metrics
- •Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards ensuring transparency and alignment across teams
- •Collaborate with sales, finance, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of sales processes
- •Manage sales compensation processes ensuring alignment with company goals and timely commission payouts
- •Design and implement sales enablement programs to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales team
- •Assist in the creation and refinement of sales processes ensuring scalability and effectiveness as the company grows
- •Work closely with leadership to define and track sales KPIs and ensure they are met
- •Lead or participate in special projects related to sales operations including system implementations and process enhancements
