Requirements
- •7+ years in data/analytics roles
- •2+ years leading teams at high-growth technology companies
- •Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python
- •Experience building agentic systems that navigate data warehouses autonomously
- •Founder’s mindset comfortable with work-in-progress infrastructure
- •Deep experience with usage-based SaaS metrics including consumption patterns, gross margin, and NRR
- •Track record of leading teams with evolving data infrastructure and hands-on coding
What You'll Do
- •Architect and deploy agent-assisted intelligence systems that move beyond static dashboards
- •Build AI-augmented analytical workflows and critical models
- •Co-evolve data stack infrastructure with Tech/Engineering team
- •Leverage Voice AI models to turn unstructured audio into queryable insights
- •Act as primary data partner to CEO and Board providing analytical backbone for strategy
- •Recruit and lead a lean, elite team of AI-native engineers

- •Prior experience as a Data Engineer or Software Engineer
- •Contributions to open-source data or AI projects
- •Experience with real-time billing and consumption systems
