Requirements
- •5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, or similar customer-facing technical roles
- •Strong software engineering background with professional development experience in at least one modern programming language, such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages
- •Proven track record of successfully navigating complex technical sales cycles
- •Experience building and demonstrating proof-of-concepts or technical solutions to diverse audiences
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
What You'll Do
- •Lead technical discovery and solution design for enterprise prospects and customers
- •Architect and implement custom proof-of-concepts and technical demonstrations that address specific customer use cases
- •Provide expert guidance on API integration, performance optimization, and deployment strategies
- •Partner with Account Executives to navigate technical objections and accelerate the sales cycle
- •Contribute to technical content creation including implementation guides, reference architectures, and best practices
- •Mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge across the organization
- •Represent the voice of the customer to product and engineering teams
Nice to Have
- •Experience with speech recognition, NLP, AI/Voice agents, or related AI technologies
- •Experience building customer-facing demos and sample code
- •Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes (K8s)
- •Experience with API-first products and developer tools
- •Background in sales methodologies such as Triangle, MEDDIC, or Solution Selling
