Requirements

What You'll Do
- •Lead a team of multi-disciplined software engineers to build web applications, agentic tooling integrations, and account management services
- •Work closely with leadership and product management on product strategy and roadmap refinement focusing on AI-native developer experience
- •Oversee technical design, task decomposition, and daily standups to ensure schedule execution
- •Lead creation of features and product releases including AI agent playground environments and LLM-powered developer tooling
- •Drive the self-serve growth engine including activation funnels, in-product upgrade flows, and PLG experimentation
- •Collaborate with other team leads on cross-functional projects, identify critical paths, and resolve dependencies
- •Hold regular 1-on-1s with direct reports, help navigate challenges, and coach for career development
Nice to Have
- •Experience building AI-powered developer tooling such as playgrounds, SDK experiences, interactive docs, or evaluation UIs for ML models
- •Experience shipping agentic or voice AI integrations like MCP servers, function-calling pipelines, voice assistant SDKs
- •Experience driving PLG at a developer-tools company including activation experiments, usage-based pricing instrumentation, upgrade flows
- •Experience managing through a fundraising cycle
- •Opinionated approach to partnering with product and making timely deliveries
