Requirements
- •7–10+ years in Technical Account Management, Sales Engineering, and/or Enterprise Customer Success with strong technical focus
- •Proven track record blending customer engagement with technical expertise and commercial growth
- •Hands-on experience running product demos, POCs, or technical workshops with enterprise customers
- •Success identifying expansions, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities in complex enterprise accounts
- •Strong technical aptitude discussing APIs, developer workflows, and troubleshooting basic L1 support questions
- •Experience engaging technical teams and executive buyers with strong relationship building
- •Exceptional interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- •Strong sense of ownership and stewardship for customers
- •Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, channel business models, and multi-party commercial dynamics
- •Evidence of building tools or workflows that eliminated recurring work
- •An AI-native operating model with workflows structurally dependent on AI
What You'll Do
- •Act as a technical expert and strategic advisor to strategic partners, engaging with developers, engineers, and executives to align business goals with technical solutions
- •Build, nurture, and sustain partner and customer relationships across all personas interacting with Deepgram
- •Conduct regular on-site visits with partners to drive adoption and embed Deepgram into their workflows
- •Own and manage the full partner lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, technical enablement, expansion, and advocacy
- •Ensure products are integrated, enabled, and adopted effectively applying best practices and creative solutions
- •Operate in discovery mode to surface issues and translate them into actionable requirements
- •Run live product demos, guide architecture discussions, and troubleshoot L1-style issues
- •Maintain a deep understanding of Deepgram APIs, integrations, and AI/ML technologies
- •Identify and scope opportunities for expansion partnering with Sales
- •Lead executive business reviews, joint planning sessions, and strategy workshops
- •Serve as the voice of the partner internally influencing product roadmap and GTM strategy
- •Lead issue resolution and serve as escalation point for complex partner matters
- •Build systems that make partner success scale by designing tools, agents, dashboards, and automated workflows
- •Operate AI-first by default, designing AI workflows to automate repeatable tasks
Nice to Have
- •Background spanning solutions engineering, technical account management, or L1 support plus CSM or Partner Management
- •Experience in AI, machine learning, voice AI, cloud infrastructure, or developer-first technologies
- •Working fluency with automation, scripting, or agent-building (Python, TypeScript, workflow tools, agent frameworks)
- •Familiarity with channel/partner marketing, enablement programs, or technical enablement asset creation
