Requirements

•Product-led growth experience with ownership of self-serve funnel metrics such as activation, conversion, retention, or acquisition.
•Proven track record as an excellent product manager with ability to set direction, decide under uncertainty, ship, and show outcomes.
•Technical ability to prototype, reason about engineering tradeoffs, and perform own analysis.
•Proven ability to build a complete system from scratch including business rhythms, reporting, optimization, and experimentation platform.
•Genuine AI fluency demonstrated by practical use and verification of AI tools.
•Judgment to critically evaluate metrics before building on them.
•Clear communication skills with executives, able to lead with decisions and handle pushback effectively.

•Own the growth of the self-serve funnel including metrics, experiments, and product changes.
•Manage the product experience including onboarding, console, and activation path for developers.
•Build and manage the complete system for the area including business rhythms, data-driven optimization, and experimentation platform.
•Conduct weekly cycles of shipping and measuring hypotheses and changes.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with developer relations, marketing, sales, customer success, and analysts.

•Experience with developer or API products and understanding of developer adoption of SDKs and APIs.
•Perspective on how AI coding agents affect discovery and integration.
•Computer science or engineering background or history of shipping own side projects.
•Experience with tools like Superset, Heap, GrowthBook.
•Experience in companies running both self-serve and enterprise motions and understanding their interaction.
