Requirements
- •5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments
- •Deep expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, Flow automation, and platform security
- •Experience designing and implementing integrations using MuleSoft
- •Familiarity with NetSuite and quote-to-cash business processes strongly preferred
- •Strong understanding of Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD practices
- •Experience working with Agile development methodologies
- •Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- •Experience working in high-growth SaaS or technology companies preferred
What You'll Do
- •Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrated third party systems
- •Lead the architecture and implementation of Salesforce customizations including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, integrations, and platform automation
- •Partner with stakeholders across GTM and Operations teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
- •Improve and maintain Salesforce data architecture, security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governance standards
- •Build and support integrations between Salesforce and external platforms such as MuleSoft, NetSuite, CPQ, ERP, marketing automation, customer support, and data platforms
- •Drive platform optimization, technical debt reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives
- •Own the Salesforce DevOps and release management lifecycle while establishing engineering best practices, including Gearset administration, source control, testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, deployment governance, production change management, and technical documentation
- •Participate in roadmap planning and provide technical leadership for strategic Salesforce initiatives
- •Manage Agentforce, Slackbot, AI skills, and other AI Salesforce offerings
- •Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement scalable long-term solutions
Nice to Have
- •Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification
- •Experience with Salesforce CPQ and billing systems
- •Experience with RevOps or quote-to-cash processes
- •Familiarity with data warehousing, analytics, or AI-driven workflows
- •Experience supporting global sales organizations
