    Requirements

    • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments
    • Deep expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, Flow automation, and platform security
    • Experience designing and implementing integrations using MuleSoft
    • Familiarity with NetSuite and quote-to-cash business processes strongly preferred
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD practices
    • Experience working with Agile development methodologies
    • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
    • Experience working in high-growth SaaS or technology companies preferred

    What You'll Do

    • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrated third party systems
    • Lead the architecture and implementation of Salesforce customizations including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, integrations, and platform automation
    • Partner with stakeholders across GTM and Operations teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
    • Improve and maintain Salesforce data architecture, security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governance standards
    • Build and support integrations between Salesforce and external platforms such as MuleSoft, NetSuite, CPQ, ERP, marketing automation, customer support, and data platforms
    • Drive platform optimization, technical debt reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives
    • Own the Salesforce DevOps and release management lifecycle while establishing engineering best practices, including Gearset administration, source control, testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, deployment governance, production change management, and technical documentation
    • Participate in roadmap planning and provide technical leadership for strategic Salesforce initiatives
    • Manage Agentforce, Slackbot, AI skills, and other AI Salesforce offerings
    • Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement scalable long-term solutions

    Nice to Have

    • Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification
    • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and billing systems
    • Experience with RevOps or quote-to-cash processes
    • Familiarity with data warehousing, analytics, or AI-driven workflows
    • Experience supporting global sales organizations
