Requirements
- •8+ years of sales or business development experience
- •At least 4 years leading BDR or SDR teams at B2B SaaS or infrastructure software company
- •Proven track record building and scaling global BDR functions
- •Strong understanding of outbound sales motions and prospecting tools (Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Common Rom, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Lusha)
- •Experience in high-growth, product-led or hybrid go-to-market environment
- •Data-driven with ability to build and manage pipeline model and forecast
- •Track record of developing BDR talent and building cultures of accountability
- •Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- •Experience operating across multiple geographies and time zones
- •Excellent communication skills
What You'll Do
- •Build and lead global BDR organization
- •Own strategy, hiring, and performance of BDR team
- •Lead and improve inbound and outbound pipeline generation
- •Guide GTM decision making and strategy
- •Review and refine BDR playbook including sequencing, messaging, targeting, and qualification
- •Develop, coach, and retain BDR managers and contributors
- •Manage pipeline coverage and hold segments accountable
- •Partner with Marketing on strategic initiatives and lead routing
- •Partner with Sales leadership for BDR-to-AE handoffs
- •Assess and improve operating cadence for pipeline reviews and coaching
- •Work with Enablement to improve onboarding and skills development
- •Track and improve pipeline metrics
- •Serve as player-coach modeling prospecting behaviors
