Requirements
- •5+ years of FP&A experience supporting GTM teams
- •Understanding of SaaS and consumption business model revenue drivers and metrics
- •Highly collaborative and proactive in building effective relationships
- •Able to prioritize and balance multiple projects
- •Flexible and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- •Strong written and oral communication skills
- •Advanced Excel and analytical skills
- •Hands-on proficiency and track record of shipping outcomes with AI tools in financial work
- •Prior experience with Salesforce, Sigma/BI, ERP (NetSuite) and FP&A Platforms (Pigment)
- •Understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
What You'll Do
- •Serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to global Sales, Marketing and Support and Services organizations
- •Become a subject matter expert in Sales, Marketing and Customer Success across all business segments, channels and products
- •Drive the FP&A process for GTM teams including headcount and operating expense management, forecasts, scenario modeling and business reviews
- •Partner with Marketing to review program spend and investment opportunities
- •Collaborate with Finance and GTM leadership on sales forecasting process
- •Track and ensure accurate measurement of Bookings, ARR, Net Dollar Retention and Renewals
- •Develop and maintain quota/capacity models, pipeline/waterfall models, TAM analysis and support ad hoc modeling
- •Define, track and analyze unit economics and metrics measuring sales & marketing investments efficacy
- •Support compensation plan design and modeling
- •Partner with Accounting, Sales Ops and Finance to ensure financial processes and reporting support GTM and corporate needs
- •Provide analysis and insights for business review processes, BOD packages and critical reporting
- •Use AI tools for analysis, modeling, reporting and automation to scale the function
- •Build AI-powered workflows, agents and reusable tools to cut manual effort and speed up reporting
- •Play an integral role in scaling finance team, financial infrastructure, models, tools, reporting automation and AI-driven planning process
