Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- •4+ years of experience in a sales or account management role preferably in a SaaS company, but not required
- •Experience working with Mid Market and Enterprise level accounts
- •Strong communication and negotiation skills
- •Ability to build strong relationships with customers
- •Proactive and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
What You'll Do
- •Manage the renewal process for a portfolio of customers, ensuring timely and accurate renewals
- •Build strong relationships with customers, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- •Negotiate and close renewal contracts, working closely with our sales team
- •Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, articulating the value that we provide to our customers
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs are met and issues are resolved
