Requirements
- •5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments
- •Proven success hiring engineering, product, and other technical roles at all levels
- •Demonstrated success sourcing, engaging, and closing top talent across multiple countries and time zones
- •Deep sourcing expertise using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox and creative outreach strategies
- •Strong influencing and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to drive hiring outcomes collaboratively
- •Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a dynamic asynchronous environment
- •Experience using AI to streamline processes and increase efficiency
What You'll Do
- •Partner closely with hiring managers in engineering and product to understand hiring goals and build scalable recruiting strategies
- •Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing to closing
- •Build and maintain talent pipelines across critical roles, proactively identifying and engaging with top candidates
- •Guide hiring teams through effective, inclusive interview processes and ensure alignment throughout
- •Provide clear, data-driven updates and insights to stakeholders on candidate pipelines and recruiting performance
- •Drive exceptional candidate experience through thoughtful communication and engagement
- •Contribute to process improvements and recruiting initiatives in a collaborative, remotely distributed team environment
Nice to Have
- •Experience with Ashby (ATS) or similar recruiting systems (bonus for AI tools)
- •Familiarity with diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive hiring practices
- •Prior experience supporting hiring in a globally distributed company
