Requirements
- •10+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, or commercial finance at high-growth SaaS companies.
- •Strategic finance or investment banking foundation with analytical rigor.
- •Direct experience as a financial partner to CRO, CMO, or VP Sales with understanding of revenue organizations.
- •Experience with consumption, usage-based, or hybrid pricing models.
- •Track record of implementing AI-powered tools and workflows within finance or operations teams.
- •Experience designing or influencing sales compensation plans.
- •3+ years managing and developing finance professionals.
- •Deep fluency in SaaS metrics such as ARR, NDR, GDR, pipeline coverage, CAC/LTV, magic number, churn/contraction.
- •Ability to build revenue forecasts from unit-level drivers.
- •Strong executive communication skills for board-quality narratives and stakeholder engagement.
- •Analytics and data orientation with experience shaping measurement and reporting.
- •Systems orientation to move teams from manual processes to scalable infrastructure.
- •Fluency with Salesforce, NetSuite, Snowflake, Sigma, Pigment and other finance tech stack tools.
- •AI fluency and ability to lead AI adoption within finance teams.
What You'll Do
- •Inform GTM capacity and investment decisions by building analytical frameworks for capital deployment and effectiveness.
- •Own the global top line model and forecast with unit-level drivers and maintain forecast operating cadence.
- •Model commercial economics for new products including customer adoption, attach rates, and revenue ramp.
- •Partner with GTM leadership across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Services to provide financial insights and own monthly business review cadence.
- •Drive the analytics and data roadmap to define measurement, reporting, and self-serve visibility for leadership.
- •Design sales compensation plans for a multi-product business including consumption compensation and quota methodology.
- •Deliver the board and investor narrative for GTM financial story and translate operational complexity into growth narrative.
- •Lead cross-cutting strategic finance initiatives including frameworks for GTM efficiency, motion economics, and long-range planning.
- •Drive AI adoption across the finance function for forecasting, analysis, reporting, and decision support.
- •Develop and manage a high performing finance team covering GTM FP&A, forecasting, analytics, and sales compensation.
