Requirements
- •7+ years of progressive HRBP/People Partner experience including supporting Engineering or Security or similar technical orgs
- •Strong working knowledge of US employment practices and employee relations
- •Experience supporting global, distributed teams especially US and EMEA
- •Demonstrated strength in org design, workforce planning, talent reviews, and coaching leaders
- •Data fluency with Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
- •Clear, confident communicator able to influence senior leaders
- •High integrity, strong judgment, and consistent follow-through
- •Familiarity with HRIS systems and standard People tools
What You'll Do
- •Serve as a trusted advisor to Engineering and Security leadership on org design, workforce planning, operating rhythms, and team effectiveness
- •Diagnose organizational health and recommend clear actions
- •Partner with leaders through change including reorganizations and leadership transitions
- •Coach leaders and managers on performance, feedback, accountability, and team culture
- •Build manager capability through toolkits, training, and real-time guidance
- •Support succession planning, talent reviews, and readiness conversations
- •Lead end-to-end performance processes including calibrations, promotions, and development planning
- •Partner with leaders to define expectations for high performance and career paths
- •Identify retention risks and development opportunities and drive plans to address them
- •Manage complex employee relations concerns with sound judgment and empathy
- •Partner with Legal and People team on investigations, performance actions, and policy interpretation
- •Champion inclusive leadership and equitable people practices
- •Translate engagement, attrition, and sentiment data into action plans and drive measurable improvement
- •Strengthen connection and belonging in distributed teams
- •Use HR metrics and insights to spot trends, influence decisions, and evaluate impact
- •Share clear, leader-ready narratives from data
- •Partner closely with Talent Acquisition on hiring plans and candidate strategy
- •Collaborate with Total Rewards, People Ops, and L&D to deliver programs
- •Contribute to People Team initiatives, playbooks, and scaling improvements
