Requirements
- •10+ years in sales enablement, sales leadership, or combination with at least 3 years owning a function
- •Proven track record scaling enablement in B2B SaaS or developer tools company
- •Technically fluent to understand and articulate product strategy and roadmap
- •Deep expertise in MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, and modern sales methodologies
- •Experience running full product-to-field content loop with structured feedback
- •Ability to synthesize field signals and performance data into enablement priorities
- •Track record of building manager-level programs
- •Relentless problem-solver with bias for action
- •Strong executive presence and willingness to challenge field leadership
- •Experience supporting multi-product, multi-motion sales environments; familiarity with developer tools, infrastructure, or security is a plus
What You'll Do
- •Own the full bidirectional content loop converting product strategy, PMM output, and competitive intelligence into field-ready playbooks and sales content
- •Report on enablement quality and capture field feedback
- •Maintain centralized, versioned content repositories
- •Keep pace with rapidly evolving product strategy and AI governance motion
- •Build and own content and certification framework for channel ecosystem
- •Partner with PMM to prioritize and sequence content development
- •Act as conduit between field experience and data to set enablement priorities
- •Define and own common language for pipeline inspection, deal qualification, and forecast methodology
- •Ensure MEDDPICC and Command of the Message are embedded in sales processes
- •Build enablement infrastructure connecting sales stage definitions to field vocabulary
- •Design and deploy structured programs for manager enablement and coaching consistency
- •Own ramp time and time-to-productivity metrics and evaluate delivery models for onboarding
- •Deliver world-class onboarding and connect training to career progression framework
- •Build data-driven enablement function with KPIs tied to business outcomes
- •Establish culture of accountability and report to sales leadership
- •Operate as business partner to sales leadership and embed enablement into key sales moments
- •Hold field leadership accountable to standards and frameworks
