Requirements
- •3–7 years of B2B SaaS AE experience with full deal cycle knowledge
- •Experience selling into regulated, compliance-heavy, or operations-driven industries (food, hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing) is a big plus
- •Experience as an early sales hire or strong desire to be one
- •Strong outbound hunter creating pipeline proactively
- •Ability to work across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise deal sizes
- •Clear communication and fast iteration skills
What You'll Do
- •Carry a sales quota and shape the US sales motion
- •Get deep on the product, customer, and European playbook
- •Run outbound prospecting into US accounts targeting food, hospitality, and regulated industries
- •Own discovery, demos, and deal cycles end-to-end
- •Document objection patterns, ICP signals, and winning narratives
- •Close first US deals
- •Build and own the full US sales funnel including outbound, inbound, and land & expand
- •Define US ICP based on real data
- •Develop the US sales playbook from scratch
- •Influence hiring, structure, and scaling of the GTM team
- •Build the US revenue engine
