Requirements

What You'll Do
- •Collaborate with team members at all levels to identify and solve problems across current product offerings
- •Pioneer new solutions to build out the privacy layer for the Internet
- •Level up products through exploring and testing concepts to improve overall experience and increase delight
- •Lead highly impactful projects autonomously from ideation to execution
- •Assess vague problems, propose high-impact solutions, and execute them against success criteria
- •Participate in all product-related design decisions
- •Work on a team dedicated to ethical, privacy by design approach
- •Write creative briefs defining project goals, rationale, and success metrics
- •Leverage qualitative and quantitative data in research and experimentation
- •Manage ambiguity and propose innovative solutions with a focus on metrics
- •Take initiative in generating ideas and carrying them forward with urgency and discretion
- •Educate, guide, and support others while maintaining quality of execution
