- •Evolve team processes as the organization scales
- •Hold the team accountable while creating conditions for success
- •Ground technical decisions in data
- •Navigate complex projects with stakeholders company-wide
- •Shape roadmaps aligning backend work to company priorities
- •Advise on hardest problems and make swift project direction calls
