Requirements
- •7+ years of experience in digital advertising roles
- •2+ years of experience in marketing consumer apps preferred
- •Hands-on expertise managing paid digital advertising programs (Google Ads, Apple Ads, etc.)
- •Familiarity with non-digital paid media management (CTV, TV, etc.)
- •Demonstrated track record of profitably scaling app install growth programs while improving efficiency and unit economics
- •Ability to execute highly complex and ambiguous projects across business strategy and marketing tactics
- •Experience designing and running incrementality tests (geo holdouts, lift studies, PSA/ghost ads)
- •Advanced analytical abilities including modeling app economics, data analysis, scenario planning, and projecting campaign outcomes
- •Track record of running creative testing as an always on pipeline
- •Excellent communication skills
What You'll Do
- •Manage paid media channels to drive profitable acquisition of new app users
- •Scale and optimize app acquisition campaigns in Google, Microsoft and Apple ad platforms
- •Launch new ad channel tests and measure incremental lift
- •Execute in-market tests for new creative and messaging to improve app install conversion
- •Manage high priority marketing campaigns including planning, execution, testing, optimization, and analysis
- •Deliver results from new channel testing, app acquisition, subscriber growth, paid advertising, and creative testing
- •Own a portfolio of existing channels (Google ads, paid social, app install campaigns) to efficiently scale profitable advertising
