Requirements
- •Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
- •3–5 years of experience of full-cycle recruiting experience within a globally distributed SaaS or technology organization
- •Strong proficiency in modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and talent intelligence tools)
- •Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to effectively convey Elite’s value proposition
- •Highly organized and self-motivated, with strong attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-paced environment
- •Experience using Greenhouse or similar Applicant Tracking Systems
- •Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally across teams and time zones
- •Passion for creating an inclusive and positive candidate experience aligned with Elite’s values
- •Ability to travel up to <10% as business needs require
- •Must be legally authorized to work in United States; Elite does not provide employment sponsorship for this position
What You'll Do
- •Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, role requirements, and the profile of top performers
- •Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
- •Actively source, engage, and nurture relationships with passive candidates through creative outreach and networking
- •Leverage AI and emerging recruiting technologies to enhance sourcing, streamline workflows, and improve candidate engagement, while maintaining a high-quality, personalized candidate experience
- •Build and maintain strong global talent pipelines across Technology, Global Support Services, Finance, and other departments to meet current and future hiring needs
- •Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using data, insights, and storytelling to attract high-quality candidates
- •Provide hiring teams with market intelligence, pipeline health updates, and data-driven insights to guide hiring decisions
- •Deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate experience that reflects Elite’s employer brand and values
- •Maintain accurate candidate records and reporting within Greenhouse to ensure process transparency and compliance
- •Collaborate with HR and hiring teams on offer processes, negotiations, and onboarding to ensure smooth transitions
- •Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and company objectives
