    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
    • 3–5 years of experience of full-cycle recruiting experience within a globally distributed SaaS or technology organization
    • Strong proficiency in modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and talent intelligence tools)
    • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to effectively convey Elite’s value proposition
    • Highly organized and self-motivated, with strong attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience using Greenhouse or similar Applicant Tracking Systems
    • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally across teams and time zones
    • Passion for creating an inclusive and positive candidate experience aligned with Elite’s values
    • Ability to travel up to <10% as business needs require
    • Must be legally authorized to work in United States; Elite does not provide employment sponsorship for this position

    What You'll Do

    • Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, role requirements, and the profile of top performers
    • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
    • Actively source, engage, and nurture relationships with passive candidates through creative outreach and networking
    • Leverage AI and emerging recruiting technologies to enhance sourcing, streamline workflows, and improve candidate engagement, while maintaining a high-quality, personalized candidate experience
    • Build and maintain strong global talent pipelines across Technology, Global Support Services, Finance, and other departments to meet current and future hiring needs
    • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using data, insights, and storytelling to attract high-quality candidates
    • Provide hiring teams with market intelligence, pipeline health updates, and data-driven insights to guide hiring decisions
    • Deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate experience that reflects Elite’s employer brand and values
    • Maintain accurate candidate records and reporting within Greenhouse to ensure process transparency and compliance
    • Collaborate with HR and hiring teams on offer processes, negotiations, and onboarding to ensure smooth transitions
    • Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and company objectives
