Requirements
- •Bachelor's Degree in STEM field or equivalent experience
- •6–8 years of experience in Software Engineering
- •Previous experience as Engineering Manager, Architect, Tech Lead or other technical leadership roles
- •Expert in at least one of SDLC roles – QA, Software Engineering, Test Automation or DevOps
- •Strong proficiency in overseeing non-functional aspects of enterprise-grade applications like performance, security, reliability
- •Experience in Legal, Finance or mission-critical products
- •Experience in cloud-native applications
- •Good knowledge of Microsoft technology engineering stack (.NET, Azure, Azure DevOps)
- •Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills
- •Excellent communication abilities
- •Strong delivery and coaching skills
- •Ability to travel up to <10%
- •Must be legally authorized to work in United States
What You'll Do
- •Recruit, manage, motivate, and coach engineering talents of diverse practices (QA, automation, Dev, DevOps)
- •Handle the delivery of applications your team work with, prioritizing work and acting as point of contact for the team
- •Utilize Agile methodology (Scrum) to manage and deliver efficiently, ensuring adherence to company SDLC standards
- •Partner with Product Managers & Architects to align on strategy, priorities and delivery execution
- •Work with Technology Operations team to define deployment & operation of applications
- •Provide oversight and review of solution design, estimations, technical sequencing, and code quality
- •Liaise with Sales, Services, Support teams and Customers regarding applications
- •Provide high-level effort estimates for planning and prioritization
- •Build and support a results-oriented culture, fostering innovation, accountability, team collaboration, and empathy
- •Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and company objectives
