Requirements
- •Bachelor's Degree in business, communications, or related field or equivalent experience
- •6–8 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or B2B sales leadership
- •Proven track record of building and executing onboarding or enablement programs in SaaS or tech environment
- •Deep understanding of sales processes and methodologies such as MEDDIC
- •Experience as an individual contributor in a cross-functional environment
- •Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- •Ability to align enablement efforts to sales and revenue goals
- •Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
- •Experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, Terret, Qwilr, and Docebo preferred
- •Ability to travel 10–25%
- •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
What You'll Do
- •Design and implement a consistent, credible, and accountable sales enablement infrastructure
- •Own the full enablement lifecycle including onboarding bootcamp and ongoing sales readiness programs
- •Build, manage, and own a structured sales onboarding program with certification milestones
- •Manage onboarding logistics and coordinate SME-led training sessions
- •Incorporate MEDDIC methodology into onboarding curriculum
- •Build and maintain a centralized enablement resource repository
- •Design, develop, and deliver enablement content and training sessions
- •Support adoption of new tools, processes, and GTM strategies through change management and training
- •Develop and track sales enablement accountability standards and KPIs
- •Partner with Sales Operations on tool adoption and CRM hygiene
- •Collaborate with leadership to support sales manager enablement and coaching
- •Partner with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Product to identify knowledge gaps and create training solutions
- •Maintain an enablement calendar aligned to business priorities and events
- •Support change management and training efforts for new tools and processes
