Requirements
- •Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience
- •9–12 years of experience in data architecture, data management, and business intelligence
- •Extensive experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure Fabric, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Synapse Analytics
- •Excellent problem-solving skills, with strong communication and collaboration skills
- •Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- •Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts
- •Proven experience in designing and implementing data governance frameworks
- •Ability to travel up <10% as business needs require

What You'll Do
- •Define and implement the data architecture strategy for our SaaS platform
- •Define a data platform that allows strong data governance, sound operational control, and the flexibility needed by end customers
- •Lead the design and guide the development of scalable models, data pipelines, and data warehouses / lakes using Azure Fabric
- •Collaborate with product teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- •Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards and regulations
- •Develop and maintain a data governance framework
- •Oversee the implementation of data integration, ETL processes, and data migration strategies
- •Design and implement advanced analytics and reporting solutions to support business decision-making
- •Partner with other architects and engineers to design and deliver AI solutions using the most current AI practices
- •Mentor and guide junior data engineers and architects
- •Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and company objectives
