Requirements
- •Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
- •3–5 years of experience in outbound sales development, lead generation, or business development, preferably in B2B software
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- •Ability to connect and communicate value statements to C-level executives and decision-makers
- •Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach)
- •Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs such as meetings booked and outreach volume
- •Ability to take initiative and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- •Strong organizational skills
- •Ability to travel up to less than 10%
- •Must be legally authorized to work in United States
What You'll Do
- •Generate qualified leads and schedule high-value meetings for Account Managers and Account Executives
- •Engage with key decision-makers in law firms and legal organizations by phone and email
- •Set appointments to build a strong sales pipeline
- •Work through substantial lists of inbound leads and target prospects
- •Adhere to a talk track and deliver meaningful value statements
- •Engage prospects through cold calls and emails using sales tools
- •Secure high-quality meetings and ensure smooth transition with accurate scheduling
- •Follow up on leads and re-nurture to qualified accepted appointments
- •Maintain accurate records of leads and outreach activities in CRM
- •Redirect customers to appropriate resources for support resolution
- •Self-learn about product platforms and value propositions
- •Perform other duties to support departmental and company objectives
