- •Redesign the operating model, team structure and ways of working to build an organization that can outperform today's benchmarks
- •Raise the bar on performance by embedding experimentation, data, AI and measurable business impact into decision making
- •Partner with Product, Commerce and Engineering to shape solutions that unlock sustainable growth
- •Lead large scale organizational change, making bold decisions that accelerate performance and unlock new opportunities for growth
