Requirements

•Extensive e-commerce experience with a proven track record of delivering high-impact features
•Experience with risk, payments, and fraud mechanisms/integrations
•Proven experience launching complex, new high-impact initiatives that spanned multiple quarters from conception to delivery
•Proven experience managing products across multiple countries, handling different currencies and languages
•Strong data and analytics skills, with experience using metrics to drive decisions
•Proven experience designing and running experiments and A/B tests to validate product hypotheses and inform decisions
•Comfortable making independent decisions and driving initiatives end to end
•Ability to prioritize effectively under constraints
•Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, risk, and marketing stakeholders
•Proactive, execution-focused, and comfortable with ambiguity

•Own product initiatives end to end, including strategy, roadmap, execution, and outcomes
•Work closely with engineers to deliver features and improvements efficiently and iteratively
•Define, monitor, and act on key metrics to evaluate performance and inform decisions
•Run experiments and tests to validate hypotheses and optimize product performance
•Make prioritization decisions under constraints, balancing impact, effort, and business goals
•Collaborate cross-functionally with risk, payments, data, design, commerce, and marketing teams to ensure smooth delivery
