Requirements
- •3+ years of in-house SEO experience, working as part of a team - ideally at a large e-commerce or marketplace business
- •Genuine technical/onsite SEO depth beyond the surface level - structured data, data-driven internal linking, page speed, and core web performance
- •A data-driven, business-outcome mindset: comfortable using GSC, GA, Ahrefs/Semrush, and Screaming Frog to inform decisions, and used to measuring success through GMV/revenue impact
- •Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a proactive, transparent communication style
- •Comfortable working autonomously, owning a domain end-to-end, and setting your own direction without day-to-day task assignment
- •Good English level required; proficiency preferred
What You'll Do
- •Build and drive data-driven SEO programs, including semantic and internal linking, technical optimization, and content strategy, with a focus on new-user acquisition and GMV growth
- •Go deep on technical and onsite SEO
- •Use GSC, GA, Ahrefs/Semrush, and Screaming Frog to back every decision, and measure success in terms of business outcomes - GMV and revenue impact
- •Set your own quarterly goals and manage your own time and priorities, with regular sync check-ins to keep your lead aligned on progress and direction
- •Collaborate cross-functionally with Content & Localization, the Offsite SEO team, and DevOps - to align on strategy, budget, and site-structure implementation
- •Think in the long term: this is a 2–5 year strategic effort, not a short-term project, so you'll be expected to define durable, long-term action points alongside near-term execution
