Requirements

- •Experience in risk, fraud, trust and safety, or similar operational environments
What You'll Do
- •Set the direction for fighting fraud and reducing false positives to help business growth
- •Take full ownership and create procedures in a fast-paced environment
- •Build quarterly goals and roadmaps for projects
- •Break down complex fraud issues into actionable areas for Data and Engineering teams
- •Lead and manage a team of 5 specialists and an analyst, setting clear goals
- •Coach and develop team members through regular 1-on-1s and performance chats
- •Monitor performance metrics to identify issues early and guide team actions
- •Collaborate with Product and Customer Support teams to align on priorities
- •Communicate progress and challenges to leadership with clear advice
- •Build business cases using data to justify new tools or features
