    Requirements

    • •10+ years of progressive HR / People experience with leadership in People Operations and Total Rewards
    • •Experience scaling a global B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology company from ~300 to 1,000+ employees
    • •Experience operating across Europe, North America, and APJ with multiple entities and EOR populations
    • •Experience owning or overseeing global People Operations, payroll, Total Rewards, HRIS, Employee Relations, Compliance and Mobility
    • •Experience building People infrastructure for scale
    • •Strong understanding of European employment environments, including France or similar jurisdictions
    • •Experience supporting managers and leaders on employee relations, performance and organizational change
    • •Highly technology- and AI-oriented with experience using automation and AI to redesign work
    • •Experience identifying, designing or deploying AI agents and agentic workflows
    • •Strong systems and data mindset connecting HRIS, automation, People analytics and AI
    • •Commercial and analytical mindset connecting People decisions to business priorities
    • •Player-coach mentality, senior enough to partner with leaders but hands-on to build and solve problems
    • •Experience in a fast-growing, global, remote-first environment
    • •Fluent in English and French

    What You'll Do

    • •Lead and scale global People Operations across Europe, North America and APJ
    • •Lead and develop regional People and Payroll teams
    • •Build a technology-, automation- and AI-first People operating model
    • •Design and deploy agentic AI across People workflows
    • •Own and continuously improve the People technology ecosystem including HRIS and AI-enabled tools
    • •Own global Total Rewards operations including compensation, benefits, equity administration and vendor management
    • •Own global payroll operations ensuring accuracy and multi-country execution
    • •Oversee global employment compliance and mobility including immigration and EORs
    • •Support managers on performance, employee relations, workforce matters and organizational change
    • •Use People data and AI-enabled insights to identify organizational trends and translate into actions
    • •Support organizational design and workforce planning
    • •Remain hands-on and execution-oriented in team leadership, systems design, process improvement and problem-solving
