Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- •2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, digital marketing, or business development
- •Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models, CPA, CPL, CPS, RevShare, and performance marketing
- •Experience working with affiliate networks and tracking platforms
- •Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions
- •Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- •Highly organized with strong project management abilities
- •Ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
- •Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
- •Fluent in English
What You'll Do
- •Develop and execute the company's affiliate marketing strategy
- •Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage high-quality affiliate partners
- •Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates, publishers, influencers, and marketing partners
- •Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI
- •Analyze campaign metrics, conversion rates, traffic quality, and revenue performance
- •Negotiate partnership agreements, commission structures, and promotional opportunities
- •Work closely with the marketing team to align affiliate campaigns with overall marketing initiatives
- •Ensure affiliates have access to up-to-date promotional materials, creatives, and campaign assets
- •Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging affiliate opportunities
- •Detect and prevent fraudulent traffic or non-compliant affiliate activities
- •Prepare regular performance reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- •Manage affiliate platforms and tracking tools to ensure accurate attribution and reporting
