Requirements

•Product management experience at principal scope, leading complex products or experiences across multiple teams
•A strong understanding of the end-to-end software development workflow, from planning through verification
•Experience with artificial intelligence products, developer tools, DevSecOps platforms, or related technical products
•Technical judgment that supports effective collaboration with engineering teams and informed product decisions
•Strong product design and user experience instincts, including the ability to connect separate capabilities into a coherent experience
•Experience influencing across functions, resolving competing priorities, and moving work forward without relying on direct authority
•Clear communication and presentation skills, including experience working with senior and executive leaders
•An ownership mindset and the ability to make progress in a fast-changing product area with some ambiguity

•Define the product vision and strategy for GitLab’s end-to-end software factory experience
•Bring together planning, specification, coding, review, and verification workflows into a cohesive product experience
•Partner with product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams across GitLab to align priorities and execution
•Identify gaps, dependencies, and opportunities across GitLab Duo Agent Platform and related areas of the GitLab product
•Use strong product and design judgment to make complex workflows clear and useful for customers
•Build support for product decisions through clear communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration
•Present product direction, tradeoffs, and recommendations to senior and executive leaders
•Help shape how GitLab brings its software factory vision to market
