Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent practical engineering experience
- •8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or similar technical environments
- •Experience in data center hardware architectures, including servers, storage, and accelerators
What You'll Do
- •Build, optimize, and deploy Google data center hardware platforms across global manufacturing partners
- •Drive early engagement for New Product Introductions, partnering with NPI teams to define Design for Manufacturing requirements
- •Provide high-caliber product engineering support for new and existing products
- •Analyze and resolve manufacturing yield issues and data center field escapes by driving Root Cause Corrective Action to closure
- •Collaborate with internal and partner engineering teams to enhance manufacturing efficiency, maximize test coverage, reduce costs, and manage product changes
Nice to Have
- •Experience developing and integrating manufacturing hardware, including custom electronics, precision fixturing, and specialized instrumentation
- •Experience collaborating with and managing global contract manufacturing partners
- •Experience in root cause analysis (RCCA) for manufacturing yield issues and field
