    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
    • 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role
    • Experience with cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms
    • Experience engaging with or presenting to technical stakeholders or executive leaders
    • Experience in programming languages, debugging, systems design, prototyping, demos, or customer workshops
    • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

    What You'll Do

    • Develop and own the technical account plan and strategy, participating in planning and supporting targeted sales motions
    • Combine sales, programming, and solutions architecture expertise to show the value of Google Cloud Platform through complex demos, pilots and in-depth workshops
    • Architect cross-pillar solutions, drive technical wins, and define initial delivery plans for customers
    • Lead the technical engagement in the solution phase
    • Facilitate post-sales transition by supporting pricing activities and transitioning delivery plan to implementation teams
    • Maintain awareness of progress against delivery plan and support cross-functional teams during ramp, delivery, migration or implementation phases
    • Partner with technical Sales teams to differentiate Google Cloud to customers
    • Serve as the customer’s primary technical partner and trusted advisor
    • Troubleshoot technical questions and roadblocks
    • Engage in proofs of concepts and demos
    • Architect cross-pillar cloud solutions to solve business issues
    • Drive technical win and define delivery and consumption plans
    • Engage with technical and business leaders and present solutions on Google Cloud
    • Identify, pursue, and win new business workloads and drive pen testing within existing ones

    Nice to Have

    • Experience selling technical solutions in Infrastructure Modernization, Application Modernization, Data Management, Data Analytics, Cloud AI, Networking, Migrations, Security
    • Experience managing the entire sales cycle including defining delivery and consumption plan and transitioning it for execution
    • Experience building long-term technical strategies to uncover new workloads with customers
    • Experience with security concepts such as encryption, identity management, access control, attack vectors, pen testing
    • Experience migrating applications and services to cloud platforms
