Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
- •2 years of experience in program management
What You'll Do
- •Partner cross-functionally with geographically dispersed stakeholders, data engineers, and scientists to define and deploy actionable enterprise data management solutions
- •Advocate a data-centric culture that embraces process excellence and leverages data-driven insights to achieve key business objectives
- •Test the status quo by proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and implementing solutions based on data
- •Promote clarity and focus to deliver consistent, incremental value to the organization while solving complex operational problems
- •Drive best practices for both systems and processes to ensure data integrity, transparency, and an efficient user experience
- •Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish
- •Plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners
- •Explain analyses and recommendations to executives and discuss technical tradeoffs with engineers
- •Engineer systems to process, analyze, and interpret massive data sets
- •Partner with customers to build tools that provide insights into the data center floor
Nice to Have
- •5 years of experience with technical program management in a data-related domain
- •Experience with SQL and Data Analytics
- •Experience with Python and R
- •Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems/tools and supply chain analytics
