Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- •10 years of experience with quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or account management at a B2B software company.
- •Experience working with the public sector market, including government, state, municipalities, education entities across the region.
What You'll Do
- •Serve as the primary relationship owner and business generator for state, local, and education accounts within region.
- •Drive new business opportunities, expand existing relationships, and manage the entire business cycle from needs assessment to successful implementation.
- •Conduct consultations to understand customer needs, crafting and presenting tailored solutions, discussing agreements, and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.
- •Leverage an understanding of Public Sector needs and opportunities to build trust and credibility, positioning our company as a partner for their digital transformation initiatives.
- •Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Technical Specialists and Customer Success Managers, to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services, ultimately maximizing business generation and growth within assigned territory.
- •Engage with executives to build on existing relationships, establish relationships in new areas, and act as a business partner to understand customer's needs and goals.
- •Advocate the innovative power of products and solutions to make public organizations more productive, collaborative, and mobile.
Nice to Have
- •Experience offering infrastructure software, databases, investigative tools, applications software, or cloud solutions.
- •Experience working with and managing partners in implementation projects including global system integrators and packaged software vendors.
- •Experience with commercial and legal agreements working with procurement, legal, and business teams in large enterprises.
- •Ability to work with sales engineers and customer’s technical leads to inventory existing software estate, define migration plans, and build business cases for migrations.
