Requirements
- •3+ years of professional QA experience in SaaS or startup environments
- •Strong experience with manual testing of modern web applications
- •Ability to create clear, structured, and comprehensive test cases
- •Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and QA best practices
- •Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
- •High level of ownership, autonomy, and adaptability in ambiguous environments
- •Experience working remotely and asynchronously with distributed teams
- •A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently without heavy supervision
What You'll Do
- •Test Growth experiments, new features, and product improvements across web applications
- •Create and execute detailed manual test cases and regression test plans
- •Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps and expected behavior
- •Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers throughout the development lifecycle
- •Participate in feature reviews and provide early feedback on usability, edge cases, and potential risks
- •Help improve QA processes, testing documentation, and release confidence
- •Contribute to maintaining high product quality in a fast-moving, experiment-driven environment
- •Work autonomously while proactively communicating risks, blockers, and testing outcomes
Nice to Have
- •Experience with Playwright
- •Familiarity with Allure TestOps
- •Exposure to automation testing frameworks and tooling
- •Previous experience in startup or high-growth SaaS companies
- •Early-career experience in enterprise environments is a plus
