Requirements
- •5+ years of experience building and shipping complex B2B SaaS products
- •Proven experience taking products from ideation through launch and iteration
- •Strong customer empathy and discovery-driven product development
- •Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and GTM teams
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- •High degree of ownership, self-direction, and comfort operating in ambiguity
- •Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution
- •Experience with B2B SaaS platforms and familiarity with partnerships, integrations, or platform ecosystems
- •Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform product decisions
What You'll Do
- •Own product strategy and execution for partnership-related initiatives
- •Translate partnership goals and GTM opportunities into product bets, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes
- •Balance short-term partner needs with long-term platform scalability and product vision
- •Develop understanding of partner types and customer use cases
- •Conduct discovery with partners and customers to identify workflows and expansion opportunities
- •Evaluate build vs. buy vs. partner decisions
- •Collaborate with Partnerships, PartnerOps, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, engineering, and design teams
- •Act as product owner for partnership-driven initiatives from concept through launch and iteration
- •Create product requirements, technical specifications, and success metrics
- •Own roadmap and ensure delivery against priorities
- •Manage tradeoffs considering customer impact and business value
- •Define and track OKRs related to partner adoption, usage, revenue impact, and customer value
- •Use data and qualitative insights to evaluate success and inform iteration
- •Identify opportunities to improve scale, reliability, and leverage across partner ecosystem
- •Contribute to improving product management practices
- •Mentor and support other PMs
