Requirements
- •Based in Honduras and legally authorized to work there
- •2+ years of experience in customer support or a client-facing role (SaaS is a plus)
- •Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- •Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- •A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- •Availability to work 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Honduras time), Monday–Friday
What You'll Do
- •Support customers via email and live chat (Intercom)
- •Troubleshoot issues and explain solutions in a clear, friendly way
- •Escalate more complex cases and ensure follow-ups happen on time
- •Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements
- •Collaborate with a global, remote support team
Nice to Have
- •Experience with tools like Intercom, HubSpot, Help Scout, or Zendesk
- •Interest in automation tools (e.g., Zapier)
